Capture Calls is an AI-powered telephone answering service provided by Capture Revenue Ltd.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly.

Annual subscriptions renew annually.

All new subscriptions include a ten-day free trial.

Payment details are collected during registration.

No payment is taken until the trial has ended unless otherwise stated.

Customers may cancel during the trial period without charge.

Capture Calls aims to provide reliable AI telephone answering services.

Availability may occasionally be affected by third-party telecommunications providers or circumstances beyond our control.

Included call allowances depend on your subscription plan.

Current pricing is: Basic at £57 per month, or £570 per year (2 months free); and Professional at £87 per month, or £870 per year (2 months free). Both plans include a 10-day free trial.

Fair Usage

Capture Calls subscriptions are intended for normal day-to-day business use.

To ensure a reliable service for all customers, our Fair Usage Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Please refer to our Fair Usage Policy for full details regarding reasonable usage and how exceptional usage may be handled.

Customers agree not to use the service for illegal, abusive or fraudulent purposes.

Capture Revenue reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

All software, branding and intellectual property remain the property of Capture Revenue.

Customers retain ownership of their own business information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
