Subscriptions are Basic at £57 per month (£570 per year, 2 months free) or Professional at £87 per month (£870 per year, 2 months free).

When the 30 days starts

The 30-day money back guarantee runs from your first payment, not from signup. Your 10-day free trial sits before the guarantee period and does not count against it.

The two exist for different reasons. Ten days is a short window, and you may not receive enough calls in that time to judge the service properly. The guarantee gives you a full month of paid use to decide.

Making a request

If you are unhappy with the service within thirty days of your first payment, simply contact us.

We'll review your request fairly and promptly.

Where your request falls within the scope of our Money Back Guarantee, an appropriate refund will be issued.

The guarantee applies only to first-time subscriptions.

It excludes:

• Additional usage charges
• Third-party telephony charges
• Accounts suspended for breaches of these Terms

Refund requests must be made within thirty days of your first payment.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
